The KOL Specialist will be the primary matchmaker and relationship builder between
KITSUI
and a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brand ambassadors. This role is crucial for amplifying our brand message, driving customer trust, and generating measurable results across all digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). The goal is to strategically leverage KOL influence to promote KITSUI's premium health, beauty, and wellness supplements.

Core Responsibilities KOL Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Identification & Vetting:
    Research, identify, and recruit relevant KOLs (Nano, Micro, Macro) whose audience, values, and content style align with the KITSUI brand image and target demographics (focusing on women's health and beauty).
  • Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse database of KOLs, ensuring high satisfaction and a strong understanding of KITSUI's product USPs.
  • Negotiation:
    Manage end-to-end negotiation of collaboration terms, contracts, and compensation to ensure a mutually beneficial and cost-effective partnership.

Campaign Execution & Content Excellence

  • Campaign Planning:
    Develop, plan, and execute innovative and measurable KOL marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, promotional periods, and seasonal trends.
  • Content Guidance:
    Brief KOLs on campaign objectives, required deliverables, and content guidelines, ensuring content is authentic, engaging, and accurately reflects KITSUI's natural, halal, and science-backed value proposition.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all KOL content adheres to advertising standards, platform guidelines, and legal compliance requirements (e.g., clear disclosure of partnerships).

Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Monitoring:
    Track and monitor the performance of all active KOL campaigns in real-time across various platforms.
  • Reporting:
    Analyze campaign data (engagement rates, reach, conversion, ROI, and cost-per-acquisition) and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Budget Management:
    Efficiently manage the KOL budget, ensuring maximum return on investment.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:
    Minimum 1-2 years of proven working experience in KOL/Influencer management, Digital Marketing, or Public Relations, preferably within the
    Health, Beauty, Skincare, or FMCG
    industries.
  • Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of current trends, algorithms, and best practices across key social media and e-commerce platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube).
  • Skills:
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Attributes:
    Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus.
