Join Our Coffee Crew We're Hiring a Part-Time Barista/Service Crew

(Contract)

RM14/hour (basic)

Term: Start January 3 months contract Renewable (Long Term Role)

Hourly Rate: RM 14

Requirements: Open to fresh graduates. Must have good communication skills, confident and presentable. Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays

Working Arrangement: Must be able to work 5 days a week minimum 6 hours per day (Schedule by Store in Charge)

Barista

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and serve delicious coffee and espresso drinks (latte art skills are a big plus)
  • Make sure every cup meets our quality and consistency standards
  • Greet customers with a smile and take their orders accurately
  • Recommend drinks based on customer preferences
  • Keep coffee machines, grinders, and tools clean and in top shape
  • Help manage inventory — restock supplies, monitor ingredients, and reduce waste
Service Crew

What You'll Do:

  1. Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive dining experience
  2. Take customer orders accurately and handle transactions at the POS
  3. Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
  4. Serve food promptly and ensure proper presentation
  5. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counter, and workstations
  6. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
  7. Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
  8. Support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
  9. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues politely and professionally
