Job Purpose

Theta Edge's AI Business & Platform Services Division is seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to drive the commercial and technical success of our AI product portfolio. The role requires full ownership of multiple AI products—including strategy, roadmap, monetization, go-to-market execution, and revenue growth. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and joint-venture/partner companies to scale product adoption and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Product Strategy, Revenue & Ownership

·     Own the end-to-end lifecycle of
multiple AI products
.

·     Carry annual revenue targets and manage P&L responsibilities.

·     Define product strategy, commercial models, and target markets across ASEAN.

·     Identify opportunities for expansion through JV companies and partner ecosystems.

2.   Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership

·     Develop and execute product GTM strategy with Sales, Marketing, and partners.

·     Drive joint campaigns, co-selling motions, and market penetration with JV entities.

·     Enable sales teams and partners with product pitch materials, demos, and competitive positioning.

3.   Collaboration With JV & Partner Companies

·     Manage product alignment and joint deliverables with JV organizations.

·     Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners to track pipeline and adoption.

·     Build shared KPIs and joint commercial plans with ecosystem collaborators.

4.   Product Development & Delivery

·     Consolidate technical requirements from customers, internal teams, and partners.

·     Manage product backlog, features, and sprints across multiple squads.

·     Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business commitments.

5.   Customer Engagement & Adoption

·     Lead customer workshops, onboarding, and product success activities.

·     Monitor product usage across direct and partner-led deployments.

·     Use customer and partner insights to continuously improve the product.

6.   Governance, Risk & Documentation

·     Ensure product meets compliance, security, and regulatory standards.

·     Maintain full documentation including product guides, partner kits, and pricing sheets.

·     Track KPIs for revenue, adoption, performance, and partner contributions.

Key Requirements

·     Minimum 10 years in Product Management, AI/ML solutions, enterprise SaaS, or digital platforms.

·     Proven experience carrying revenue or P&L targets.

·     Experience working with JV companies, technology partners, or channel ecosystems.

·     Strong understanding of AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise software.

·     Industry Experience in Fintech (Islamic), Healthcare, Tourism, Public Sector is an added advantage.
