Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repair work.
• Lead and guide the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections of outlets, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Liaise with contractors or vendors for specialized repair and servicing work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, service reports, and equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company maintenance policies.
• Manage maintenance inventory and request supplies or spare parts when necessary.
• Provide technical support and recommendations to management for improvement projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Maintenance, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or facility management, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general building systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a technical team.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Hands-on, responsible, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Willing to travel between outlets and work on weekends or after hours when required.
