Job Summary

To assist the Project Manager in planning and execution works for the Project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the execution of civil, structural, and architectural works, including buildings, tanks, basins, pipelines, and foundations, ensuring alignment with approved design and specifications.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling construction activities, resources, and work sequences to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Provide technical support on site by resolving construction-related issues using sound engineering principles and best practices.
  • Coordinate closely with site supervisors, surveyors, laboratory technicians, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of works.
  • Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and technical submissions for timely review and approval by consultants and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) by preparing and maintaining proper site documentation including RFIs, daily site reports, inspection forms, and non-conformance reports.
  • Liaise with consultants, client representatives, and authorities to facilitate inspections, testing, and approvals at various construction stages.
  • Coordinate civil and structural works with the M&E team, ensuring all embedded items and interface requirements are integrated and constructed as planned.
  • Compile and review of As-Built Drawings from respective trades to support smooth completion of works and Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) application.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company. 
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management. 
Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field

Skills & Abilities
  • AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
  • Detailed, Able to take pressure, willingness to learn
Expected Minimum Years of Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil and structural works for water treatment plants or similar infrastructure.
