Job Description:

  • Perform structural design, analysis, and calculations for various precast concrete products such as slabs, beams, walls, and tunnel segments.
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.
  • Ensure all designs meet relevant codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal production teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide engineering support during production, installation, and site-related matters.
  • Assist in reviewing QA/QC reports and support corrective actions where required.
  • Participate in project meetings and ensure timely delivery of design submissions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in structural design; experience in precast industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete design and engineering standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with STAAD, ETABS, Revit, or Tekla is an advantage.
  • Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate well with multiple teams.
