About the Role:

As an
AI Analyst
you will play a key part in training large language models that power our AI-native games. Your contributions will fine-tune our models' performance across several departments (with a specific focus on emotional intelligence and logic), helping to create an immersive user experience within our fictional worlds.

There are 2 main job scopes :
LLM & Audio

Responsibilities:

  • Annotate game content such as dialogues, quests, and character interactions
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players' gaming experience
  • Create in-depth world building, comprehensive characters, mini-plots, personality

profiles, and other relevant details

  • Annotate and evaluate model responses against our evaluation rubrics in an effort to

improve dialogue and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible

  • Collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art large

language models

Nice to Haves:

  • Previous experience working with AI models (including RLHF, fine tuning, evaluating,

comparing, auditing model data)

  • Previous experience working with data (including data analysis, data manipulation, data

reporting)
