Warehouse Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• To ensure accuracy of 100% of stock all the time.
• To ensure and upkeep all the necessary document all the time.
• To coordinate and communicate with all the relevant departments.
• To plan and improve on the store management system, inventory management.
• To deal with Account Department on Inventory audit.
• To perform cycle count and monthly inventory for all materials.
• To ensure discipline at Store all the time.
• Train Store Keeper on store control skill and management knowledge.
• Ensure all Store duty and operation are performed to follow time frame.
• Maintain 6S ,FIFO and to ensure all material in store non variance to stock and document.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Proficient in inventory management, shipping and receiving operations.
• Good working attitude & mindset. Pro-active & able to complete tasks assigned with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of accountability and urgency.
