Join Our Team as a Maintenance Executive in Kota Kinabalu

Lam Soon Edible Oils Sdn. Bhd is looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Executive (Building & Facilities) to manage the building and facilities of our Sabah warehouse. This is a hands-on role perfect for an individual who takes pride in ensuring a well-maintained and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for all contractor-led maintenance and rectification projects.
• Taking charge of the entire repair process, from securing quotations to verifying work and invoices.
• Leading the scheduled and preventive maintenance program to ensure the long-term health of our facilities and equipment.
• Providing timely reports to management and project lead, on all maintenance matters.
• Responding to critical issues as they arise, even outside of standard hours.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• You hold at least a Diploma in relevant field (Mechanical, Building Management, Architectural, or Electrical).
• You have 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience and are comfortable with a wide range of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and structural work.
• You are a self-reliant and independent problem-solver.
• You have excellent communication and computer skills.
• You are fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates with an A4 or higher chargeman license are preferred.
• Experience in hotel / retail / warehouse building maintenance is a plus
• Must be able to work in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
• 5 1/2 day of working : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm & Saturday, 8am-12.30pm
