Job Description:

Teraju Construction Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and reliable Grouting Supervisor to join our project team in Nilai. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating grouting works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and monitoring site progress to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all grouting activities at the project site
• Ensure work is carried out according to plans, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Prepare daily reports and monitor material usage
• Communicate effectively with the project manager and site team
• Resolve site issues and ensure smooth execution of work

Requirements:

• Proven experience in grouting works and site supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle site challenges
• Able to start work immediately (preferred)

Salary:

From RM4,500 (based on experience) CAN NEGOTIATE
