Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site
position based at Kipinä Kids Eco Majestic.

The
Sales Specialist
will manage the full student recruitment and enrolment cycle, from responding promptly to enquiries to guiding prospective families through a seamless admissions journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage professionally with prospective parents via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct informative and compelling school tours that reflect Kipinä's values and philosophy.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families from first contact until enrolment.
  • Coordinate and participate in school events, open days, and outreach marketing activities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong
    sales and communication
    skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
  • Excellent
    customer service
    and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive parent experience.
  • Strong
    organizational and time-management
    abilities to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of
    marketing and public relations
    , especially for tours and events.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)
    is a strong advantage.
  • Professional, warm, and adaptable communication style.
  • Minimum qualification:
    Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
    in Marketing, Sales, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Flexibility
    to work on weekends or evenings when required.
  • Experience in the
    preschool or education sector
    is a strong advantage.
