As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects. This full-time role is based in Gua Musang, Kelantan, and will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of the company's construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and analyzing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Negotiating and administering contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
• Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process
• Assessing and managing project risks and opportunities
• Providing financial and commercial advice to project managers and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
• Collaborating with the project team to resolve contractual and financial issues
• Preparing and presenting progress reports and financial statements

What we're looking for

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction management field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of contract law, construction regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in cost estimation, budget management, and financial analysis
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with construction software and digital tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM5,400.93 per month
