PLC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

-Design, program, and maintain PLC and SCADA systems for automation projects.

-Develop ladder logic, function block, and structured text programs for industrial controllers.

-Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize PLC-based control systems.

-Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers on automation solutions.

-Integrate PLCs with HMI (Human Machine Interface), sensors, actuators, and industrial networks.

-Perform system testing, commissioning, and on-site support.

-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.

-2+ years of experience in PLC programming and automation will be an addvantage.

-Proficiency in Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Omron PLCS(Compulsory) Schneider, Mitsubishi and ABB PLCs(Optional).

-Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).

-Experience with SCADA, HMI development, and industrial networking.

-Ability to read electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.

-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-Willingness to travel for installations and support (if required).

-Strong knowledge of HVAC System (Optional).

Extra Qualifications:

-Experience with C++, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.

-Familiarity with SQL databases and IoT integration.
