About the role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at Internec Business Sdn Bhd in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for our company. What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and generating new leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing
• Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals with clients
• Maintaining and growing existing client relationships through excellent customer service
• Providing feedback and insights to the sales team and management to improve sales strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Provide product training to clients

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Ambitious and driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Adaptable and willing to learn, with a customer-centric mindset
