Responsibilities of the Role:

  • To provide daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports in the stipulated timeframes and as required by the Operations Management team and the client.
  • Regularly review operations performance and be able to provide immediate snapshot views on health of Operations.
  • Work with IT and CRM teams to automate and centralize required reports from several data sources.
  • Work with PMO and System Development teams to promote existing reporting system enhancement / develop new reporting correlated systems.
  • Work with PMO and OPS teams to identify operation's system loophole/bug sand perform regular system checks to ensure system data synchronizing as per designed.
  • Build and maintain both Project and SCICOM dashboards based on requirements from Project Clients, Project correlated vendors, other SCICOM projects, Vice President, Senior Vice President and Head of Operations and / or COO or any other superior from Operations as and when required.
  • Generate forecasts, providing supporting data and documentations to project required resource to man the desk.
  • Prepare for and attend internal / external meetings regarding the performance of Project operation and all associated metrics as required.
  • Work closely with the Operations Management team to ensure key operational deliverables are met.
  • Review Operations work processes, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy/integrity of all data.
  • Lead, supervise and manage the Specialist-MIS and AM-MIS to meet the required performance.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training and counseling to the Specialist- MIS and AM-MIS.
  • Assist in the evaluation of performance of the Specialist- MIS and AM-MIS, and help organize and distribute workload within MIS team.
  • Act as point of reference to assist with matters related to reporting.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Vice President and Head of Operations and / or COO or any other superior from Operations as and when required.
  • When operational situation arises, management will require the Managers - MIS to stay back and complete all assigned duties.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Degree holder in business management or an IT related discipline.
  • Minimum of 12 months in the current position

  • Well-verse in MySQL queries.
  • Have working experience with common BI tools.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Willing to work shifts

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Excellent disciplinary and performance track record
    .
  • KPI's must meet or exceed 80% of the project requirements.
