Job Summary
Looking for a dynamic leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are hiring a Production Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive process improvements. You will ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and seamless operations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Production Planning and Execution
• Plan and manage daily production to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with Planning and Supply Chain to ensure materials and schedules are aligned.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• People and Team Management
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
• Manage manpower, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to optimize assembly and test processes.
• Drive initiatives to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance efficiency.
• Implement best practices in manufacturing operations.
• Quality and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ESD, and customer standards.
• Support root cause analysis and CAPA for production issues.
• Promote a zero-defect, quality-first culture.
• Lean & Safety Culture Champion
• Lead implementation of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Improve productivity, workplace organization, and safety standards.
• Model efficient, clean, and safe work practices.
• Performance Analytics & Improvement
• Monitor KPIs such as output, yield, efficiency, and downtime.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain dashboards and ensure accountability through transparent reporting.
• Safety and Facility Management
• Maintain a safe working environment and compliance with EHS policies.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Support smooth NPI transitions with Project Management and Engineering.
• Work with Quality, Planning, and Logistics to ensure seamless production flow and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Educational Foundation: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a closely related technical field. Candidates with relevant certifications and a proven track record of engineering managerial experience will also be given strong consideration.
• Managerial Experience: Preferrable a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in production management, or with a strong preference for experience in server or electronics assembly environments.
• Leadership & Strategic Acumen: Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, exceptional problem-solving acumen, and robust organizational skills essential for managing complex production environments and leading diverse teams.
• Operational Excellence Expertise: Proficient knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and various production planning tools.
• Global Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse international teams and stakeholders.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Safety & Quality Commitment: A strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety and product quality, with experience in implementing and enforcing relevant regulations.
• Adaptability & Innovation: Demonstrated capacity to adapt to evolving production technologies and market demands, fostering an environment of continuous innovation and process optimization.
