Job Purpose

Assist Regional Lead to ensure all M&E systems (LV, ELV, UPS, AC, Pumps, Fire Protection, etc.) are functional, safe, and compliant with EGTSB standards, SLAs, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all M&E systems.
  • Conduct inspections as required by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • Supervise repairs, ensure safety of M&E rooms, and provide 24/7 support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting, invoice processing, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate vendors and monitor SLA performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and M&E documentation.
  • Respond promptly to issues and support customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and ensure smooth communication with the team.
  • Use Asseto system for maintenance tracking and reporting.

Requirements

  • Certificate/Diploma in M&E, Building Management, AC, or Electrical.
  • Min 3 years' experience in property/facility management.
  • Strong M&E knowledge, good communication in English & BM.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
