We are seeking experienced SAP FICO professionals across multiple specialization tracks to join our dynamic team. If you excel in deep functional configuration, technical development support, or specialized local financial domains, we encourage you to apply.

Key Requirements & Specialization Tracks

We are looking for expertise across the following core areas. Candidates may specialize in one or more tracks:

  1. Core FICO & Controlling Expertise

  2. 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling).

  3. Material Ledger (ML) Mastery: Expert knowledge in designing, configuring, and supporting the Material Ledger and Actual Costing (CKMLCP) processes.
  4. Integration Proficiency: Deep understanding of the integration points between FICO, CO (Controlling), and MM (Material Management).
  5. Ability to manage and troubleshoot period-end closing activities.

  6. Nice-to-Have: Experience with S/4HANA implementation or migration.

  7. Specialized Functional & Regulatory Knowledge

  8. Tax Expertise: Minimum 5 years of end-to-end SAP project implementation experience with specialized knowledge of US and CA Tax Systems and the SAP Tax module.

  9. Familiarity with self-developed tax engines is highly preferred.

  10. Strong business background and communication skills to quickly understand complex tax and financial processes.

  11. Technical & System Support Skills

  12. Ability to read, understand, and perform basic ABAP debugging and enhancement analysis (e.g., User Exits, BADIs, enhancement points).

  13. Experience in conducting enhancement analysis and solution design related to FICO functionalities.

  14. Data & Product Analysis

  15. Experience in Product Requirement Analysis within a financial context, including involvement in financial product upgrade and iteration cycles.

  16. Knowledge of basic database operations and simple SQL language is a plus.
  17. Strong analytical skills and quick learning ability regarding financial business processes.

Language & Local Requirements:

For certain roles based in Malaysia focused on regional financial systems, the following is highly desired or mandatory:

  • Mandarin Chinese: Fluent or Excellent proficiency in spoken, reading, and written Chinese is a major advantage, and required for our Malaysia-based Analyst/Product roles.
  • English: Ability to communicate effectively in English for international projects and collaboration.

Minimum Requirements to Apply:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP experience in the FICO domain.
  • Demonstrated responsibility, attention to detail, and a meticulous work ethic.
