About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic House Cleaner to join our team at M TELECOMMUNICATIONS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our house premises on a full-time basis.

What you'll be doing

• Clean, sanitize, and tidy up guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Ironing the clothes if necessary
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items.
• Handle laundry, linen, and cleaning equipment properly.
• Follow daily cleaning checklists and schedules provided by the supervisor.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and tools.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and comply with health & safety regulations.
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as an office cleaner or in a similar cleaning role
• Ability to work efficiently and independently to complete tasks on schedule
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Positive & friendly attitude
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, enabling effective communication with colleagues and guests.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitization, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
