Job Description
  • Organize and formulate the factory's annual work plan, break down targets, guide and supervise the implementation to ensure the achievement of the plan.
  • Approve technical standards and review new product manufacturing plans to continuously enhance the product's market competitiveness.
  • Organize production activities according to market orders, monitor plan execution, reasonably allocate relevant resources, improve production efficiency and ensure delivery targets are met.
  • Coordinate various resources to promote activities related to product quality improvement.
  • Take responsibility for production safety education, strengthen safety control and implementation of production to ensure the safety of production, the prevention of major fire, equipment and personal injury incidents to be happen.
  • Responsible for factory team organization and development, analyze organizational development needs, develop and recruit the required manpower.
  • Continuously optimize organizational processes, improve organization operational efficiency and enhance organizational performance.
  • Handle the factory's daily operations management duties.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree and above in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Possess 5 years and above operations management experience in automotive parts/new energy/ electronics/ semiconductor manufacturing industry. Experience in lithium battery or Apple products operations management is a plus.
  • Preferable candidate with at least 3 years and above working experience in project and operations management in a multinational corporation environment with more than 100 headcount in the overall working experiences.
  • Knowledge in cost management, capacity, production planning and material control, lean production, equipment and project management, product structure and manufacturing process, infrastructure and fire safety, office software.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Extroverted personality with strong communication and stress-resistance abilities.
  • Willing relocate to our new manufacturing plant at Karangan, Kedah in Q4 2025.
