Role Summary
The Asst. Executive Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort in line with the Hotel's standard policy and objectives.
The role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This includes supervising housekeeping team members, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, managing inventory and supplies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and positive guest experience.
Position Specification / Requirements
Education : Possess at least a Diploma in Hotel Management or any other equivalent
qualification.
Experience :
- Possess minimum 5 years' working experience in a similar capacity within a 4 or 5 Star Hotel/Resort property.
- Good knowledge of all housekeeping areas, i.e. guest floors, public areas and laundry operation basics.
- Strong Operational & Technical Knowledge
- Preopening experience preferred.
- Willing to relocate/work in Muar, Johor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
