Job Position : Farm Manager 菜园经理

Salary Range : RM8,000 – RM10,000

Working Days : 6 Days

Working Hours : Follow schedule 遵循时间表

Working Location : Johor area (Ayer Hitam / Segamat)

Job Description

1) Plan, organize, and manage daily farming operations (planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, harvesting, etc.)

规划、组织并管理菜园的日常工作(种植、灌溉、施肥、防虫、收获等)。

2) Supervise and train workers to ensure proper field practices and safety compliance.

监督并培训员工,确保种植作业符合标准操作程序(SOP)及安全要求。

3) Monitor crop growth, soil and pest conditions, and take timely action to ensure high-quality yield.

监控作物生长、土壤及虫害状况,及时采取措施,确保高产高质。

4) Maintain accurate farm records and data, and prepare regular operational reports.

准确记录菜园数据并准备定期报告。

5) Propose professional good agricultural practices and implementation whenever necessary.

提出专业的良好农业规范并在必要时实施。

6) Others ad hoc tasks required by management from time to time.

管理层不时要求的其他临时任务。

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in related field.

候选人必须至少拥有相关领域的文凭。

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.

至少5年相关领域的工作经验。

• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, English.

所需语言:华语、马来语、英语。

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.

所需技能:Microsoft Office。

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

良好的书面和口头沟通能力。

Pay: RM9, RM12,000.00 per month
