Financial

  • Budget control and cost tracking
  • Ensure that project timelines and budgets are adhered to efficiently
  • Review the claim progress of work from the consultant before proceeding with the claim.

Planning

  • Feasibility Study & Site Selection
  • Design & Planning Coordination
  • Timeline Management
  • Feasibility reports and site analysis
  • Concept design and approval
  • Obtained Kebenaran Merancang (KM) & Building plan (BP) Approval from authority
  • Obtained Certificate of Compliance (CCC) to authority.

Project Management

  • Coordinating Tender Documents
  • Contractor Appointments
  • Ensure the project is completed following the timeline period.
  • Monitoring construction progress at the site.
  • Preparation of work progress report
  • Certificate Of Completion and Compliance (CPC) issuance

INCUMBENT REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture & Quantity Surveyor ) or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property administration, project coordination, or document control.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ), Autocadd, 3D Google Sketchup, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with document control systems and project tracking tools.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of property-related regulations and procedures (e.g., submissions to local authorities).
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
