Requirement

  • Controls the country's inventory and works closely with the business partner.
  • Update the inventory level reports in SharePoint.
  • Prepare the overdue report to the country and management team update.
  • Preparing invoice, quotation, purchase order
  • Must have good knowledge in SAP system, Pivot table, Hvlookup
  • Ad-hoc administrative job scope as assigned by the management.
  • Degree holder in any field
  • Must be able to speak , read and write in Mandarin due to business needs
