Position Overview 职位概述

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced **Preschool Teacher** to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and is fluent in Mandarin, as they will play a vital role in delivering engaging lessons and fostering a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities 工作职责

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities to promote holistic development.

  • Create a welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

  • Support children in developing social, emotional, and academic skills through play and structured activities.

  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both Mandarin and English.

  • Monitor and document children's progress, milestones, and behaviors.

  • Maintain classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness.

Requirements 任职要求

  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).

幼儿教育或相关领域的大专文凭或学位(必需)。

  • At least 1 year of teaching experience in a preschool setting.

至少 1 年幼儿园教学经验。

  • Fluency in **Mandarin** (spoken and written) and proficiency in English.

  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
