About the role

TP Television Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Regional Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and will be responsible for analyzing regional demand requirements provided and converting the data into executable plans.

What you'll be doing


• Responsible for regional inventory management, demand and supply activities for assigned products.


• Demand planning for all shipments from contract manufacturers.


• Work closely with regional sales team and convert sales data to executable plan.


• Liaise with contract manufacturers to arrange production and shipment plan.


• Monitor and maintain stock balance to ensure healthy inventory level.


• Handle order arrangement, feedback and resolve issues.


• Timely data consolidation, analysis and weekly and monthly reporting.


• Establish strong relationships internally and externally to achieve supply chain efficiency.


• Work closely with warehouse and customer service to ensure target daily order fulfillment rates are met.


• Coordinate any Warehouse/logistics arrangement.


• Backup for L/C shipments.


• Any ad-hoc activities assigned.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supply chain planning or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, logistics providers and internal teams
  4. Familiar with SAP MM/SD module - + point
  5. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or a related field
