• Plan, coordinate and supervise all lifting activities in the project site.


• Supervise and coordinate all activities with personnel and equipment engaged in lifting operation in close coordination with relevant personnel or construction manager


• Ensure all works are carried out following approved procedures. Brief all crane operators, riggers cum signalmen on the safe lifting procedures mentioned in company safe work procedure.


• Ensure that the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operation.


• Check the load and riggings to ensure that the load can be lifted and moved safely by cranes (eg mobile/ crawler crane or tower crane)


• Perform daily inspection on all type of cranes and machines used for lifting in the project.


• Ensure that only registered crane operators, appointed riggers cum signalmen engage in any lifting operation involving the use of crane


• Follow site safety rules, practices and assist site team in promoting safety on the site


• Attend project meetings when required


• Carry out audit on contractor lifting equipment and certification


• Ensure accurate documentation and daily reporting of all activities within Company project organization


• Other assigned tasks as required of role from time to time.
