About the Role

We're seeking a talented Videographer & Editor to join our team in Petaling Jaya. In this full-time role, you'll capture and produce high-quality video content that showcases our projects and campaigns across digital channels. You will work end-to-end—from filming to editing and post-production—for social media, website, and paid advertising (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu).

What You'll Be Doing
  • End-to-end production: Film, edit, and deliver engaging videos for social, web, and promotional materials; manage the full pipeline from pre-pro to post.
  • Operate equipment: Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio gear to ensure professional-quality footage on every shoot.
  • Edit & finish: Perform editing, colour grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics/VFX (as needed) to produce polished final outputs.
  • Platform-ready outputs: Tailor content formats/aspects for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu; prepare versions for ads and organic posts.
  • Trend & best practices: Stay current with video and social trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Performance optimization: Partner with marketing to review metrics and iterate content based on data-driven insights.
  • Asset management: Organize and maintain media assets, project files, and backups.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Cinematography, Videography, Film, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or related; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience: fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (or similar).
  • Story & craft: Strong storytelling, visual composition, framing, and pacing tailored to social formats.
  • Technical: Confident with camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally; clear communicator who can take feedback and adapt.
  • Portfolio: A showreel/portfolio demonstrating filming and editing across different video styles.
  • Time management: Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
