About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our team at The Oak Tree Children's House (Tadika Sri Ria Kemuning S/B) in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor. As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting our early childhood education programme and ensuring the holistic development of our students.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson preparation
  • Support children in learning, play and daily routines
  • Help maintain a safe, clean and nurturing classroom environment
  • Observe and assist with children's behaviour, development and progress
  • Assist in preparing teaching materials and classroom displays
  • Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
  • Support teachers during events, celebrations and school activities
  • Communicate appropriately with teachers and parents when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Love working with young children and have a caring, patient attitude
  • Responsible, punctual and able to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
