Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in construction, with strong exposure to high-rise or large-scale developments
  • In-depth knowledge of contracts, construction methods, procurement, and authority requirements

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with local authorities on all submission plan and land matters. Update project planning and development team on the authority requirements and status of each submission.
  • Responsible for site activities including planning, co-ordination, supervision works and cost control.
  • Monitor sub-contractors progress work, review of construction drawings and liaise with local authorities to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
  • Attend site meeting with site staff, consultants, sub- contractors and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues.
  • Co-ordinate relevant permits, license and approvals that may be required at site.
  • Report project updates and critical developments to the Project Director.
