We are a professional services firm looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

This role is suitable for those who enjoy managing simple, tidy, and routine tasks.

JOB SCOPE

  • Checking documents
  • Preparing simple paperwork when required (copy & paste, repetitive tasks)
  • Assisting audit team during client office visits (external audit work)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Open to SPM and above, with at least a B in Mathematics.
  • Responsible, tidy and detail-oriented in work.
  • Able to follow step-by-step guidance and complete tasks on time.
  • Basic computer literacy : Microsoft Excel & Word (copy & paste, simple formatting).
  • Possess a driving license (Motorcycle or Car).
  • Willing to travel for audit assignments (mainly Klang & Shah Alam).

SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Starting salary: RM1,700

Q: Is this internal audit?

A: No. This role is in external audit (chartered accountant firm). Work is mainly document checking and simple paperwork for client audits.

Q: Do I need accounting knowledge?

A: No. This job involves simple, structured tasks like checking documents and preparing basic paperwork.

Q: Do I need computer skills?

A: Yes, you should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word for basic tasks (copy & paste, formatting, simple checking). Being IT literate and familiar with other software is a bonus.
