Job Responsibilities
  • Grade Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) in accordance with the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) Grading Standards.
  • Ensure grading labels are accurate and that all graded FFBs are properly arranged in designated areas.
  • Carry out grading activities strictly following MPOB Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly FFB grading reports with accurate data entry.
  • Maintain proper documentation of FFB grading records and ensure timely submission to the supervisor.
  • Assist in monitoring FFB quality and highlight any irregularities or non-compliance to the Chief FFB Grader or management.
  • Uphold safety practices and maintain cleanliness within the grading area.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least SPM or Diploma in any related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in FFB grading or palm oil operation.
  • Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Knowledge of MPOB Grading Standards.
  • Possession of Sijil Kompetensi Penggredan BTS MPOB is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to work in outdoor plantation or mill environment.
  • High attention to detail and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
