About the role

As a Personal Assistant at TAG GROUP AGENCY', you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our Muar Johor office. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to work closely with our leadership team and contribute to the success of our thriving Insurance business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and minute-taking
  2. Handling a variety of correspondence, including emails, phone calls and written communications
  3. Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
  4. Assisting with the preparation of quotations, payment voucher, and other documents
  5. Coordinating office operations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  6. Offering a high level of customer service to our clients and partners

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  4. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail
