Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day property matters

* Liaise with residents and service contractors

* Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance issues

* Provide administrative support related to property operations

Requirements:

* Good interpersonal and communication skills

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

* Experience in property management is an advantage

* Ability to converse in Chinese is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
