The Manager, Data Analytics and Engineering is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of data analytics solutions and data engineering frameworks to support business decision-making. This role ensures data integrity, scalability, and accessibility across the organization in a unified data platform while driving innovation in analytics and data management.

Job Description :

1. Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the data analytics and engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts and AI engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and automation.

2. Data Engineering & Architecture

  • Design and maintain robust data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability.

3. Analytics & Insights

  • Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support business decisions.
  • Implement advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning and AI, where applicable.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for business units.

4. Governance & Standards

  • Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
  • Monitor and enforce data standards across systems and processes.

5. Technology & Innovation

  • Evaluate and implement modern data tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and engineering.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics and engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (i.e., Power BI).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Snowflake, Hadoop).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
