  • Bring Stories to Life: Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish short-form, video-first content tailored for TT. Your work will reflect the companyâs branding and speak directly to our community.
  • Own the Creative Process: Lead the full content creation journey â from sparking an idea to filming, editing, and hitting "post." Youâll be the mastermind behind the camera and in the edit room.
  • Be a Strategy Shaper: Share your creative voice and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our regional content strategy. Your originality will help us stand out in a crowded feed.
  • Think Like a Trend Hunter: Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience behavior to inspire original content ideas that are timely and on-brand.
  • Measure What Matters: Track the performance of your content and social media posts, analyze engagement metrics, and help us learn what works best.
  • Boost Community Vibes: Support community-building efforts both online and offline through content and event-related projects that strengthen audience connection.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep tabs on what's hot in the world of content marketing, short-form video trends, and platform updatesâespecially those relevant to TT.
  • Build Connections: Reach out and collaborate with KOLs/influencers to amplify our content reach and brand message.

Job Requirements
Weâre on the lookout for a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes short-form video If you're passionate about turning ideas into thumb-stopping content that speaks to audiences on Tiktok, this role is for you.

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Important : At least 1-2 years proven experience as a Content Creator, Marketing, or similar role.
  • Strong planning and editing skills
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design and video editing software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and current digital marketing trends.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and developing engaging content.
  • Skills required:Â Video Editing, Copywriting, SEO, Graphic Design and Videography.
