Requirements:

Responsibility:

  • To maintain a professional standard of customer care in promoting company products & managing an effective team:
  • Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues
  • Motivate & train staffs on the company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills
  • Come up with a strategy to achieve sales target
  • Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc)
  • Provide professional services to customers
  • Maintain a professional level of customer service in promoting the company's products:
  • Provide professional services to customers
  • Ensure adequate stock levels
  • Achieve sales targets (sales target)
  • Being a cashier and promote expertise in card
