Job Description:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries in a professional manner.
- Support the preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment records; perform basic account reconciliation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and emails.
- Prepare letters, reports, meeting documents, and other administrative paperwork.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., accounting, company secretarial, audit) to ensure smooth workflow and documentation.
- Follow up on document submissions to government agencies (e.g., SSM, LHDN, KWSP, SOCSO, EPF).
- Monitor and manage office supplies and maintain a tidy office environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic accounting knowledge is required; experience in accounting or secretarial firm is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently, with attention to detail and confidentiality
Location: Skudai
Salary Range: MYR 3,000 - 4,000
