Job Description:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Support the preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment records; perform basic account reconciliation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and emails.
  • Prepare letters, reports, meeting documents, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., accounting, company secretarial, audit) to ensure smooth workflow and documentation.
  • Follow up on document submissions to government agencies (e.g., SSM, LHDN, KWSP, SOCSO, EPF).
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and maintain a tidy office environment.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic accounting knowledge is required; experience in accounting or secretarial firm is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently, with attention to detail and confidentiality

Location: Skudai

Salary Range: MYR 3,000 - 4,000
