This Position reports to:

Product Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions (ELDS) and based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Collaborating with various teams to support ABB's operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.

  • Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.

  • Supporting product marketing activities

  • Preparing reports and dashboards for product performance and analysis.

  • Participating in internal meetings and trainings to gain a deep understanding of the electrification product portfolio.

  • Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Equivalent - Engineering Students

  • Basic knowledge of electrical products or electrification systems (e.g., Switchgear)

  • A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
