Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons at the high school level.
  • Assessing student progress and providing individualised feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Integrate character and values education into daily teaching.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver cohesive, values-aligned learning experiences.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student performance and attendance.
  • Actively participating in extracurricular activities and school events to foster a well-rounded learning environment
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest educational trends and methodologies to continuously improve your teaching practice.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • A valid teaching certification or license, demonstrating your commitment to the teaching profession.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the high school level.
  • Experience in a values-based or international school setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Proficiency in classroom management techniques and strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and educational technology tools.
  • A genuine passion for education and a dedication to helping students reach their full potential.
  • Respectful understanding of the school's faith-based ethos and a commitment to holistic education.
