HR Internship

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Internship Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting in recruitment, employee records management, and HR-related activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Handle general HR inquiries from employees and provide administrative support.
- Assist in benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- No experience required for internship students.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
