Senior Interior Designer
to join our growing team. This role requires not only strong design expertise but also a proactive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to leverage new technologies to elevate performance and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead interior design projects from concept to completion
  • Develop design concepts, material palettes, mood boards, and presentations
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Provide guidance to junior designers and ensure quality of project deliverables
  • Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, innovations, and best practices
  • Implement new design tools, AI workflows, and technology-driven solutions to improve project efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in commercial or residential interior design
  • Strong proficiency in design and documentation software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe Suite)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Proactive, motivated, and solutions-oriented approach to tasks
  • Adaptive and open-minded, with the willingness to learn and experiment
  • Ability to use new technologies to enhance productivity and design quality
