Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Inputting and organizing financial information into accounting systems and spreadsheets.
Invoice Processing: Preparing, reviewing, and processing various financial documents, including sales invoices, purchase invoices, and payment vouchers.
Payment and Receipts: Managing payments, processing receipts, and handling cash transactions.
Record Maintenance: Maintaining accurate and organized financial records and filing systems for easy access.
Reconciliations: Performing bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and summaries of accounting activities.
Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the accounting department, such as responding to queries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
