Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive community engagement and user acquisition.

Plan, coordinate, and implement both offline and online events and activities.

Prepare detailed After Action Review (AAR) reports to evaluate event outcomes and key learnings.

Generate, monitor, and analyze channel sales performance reports.

Liaise with external partners for collaborations, sponsorships, and media buys.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, community management, and customer support to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness in the gaming market.

Provide comprehensive monthly reports to the Marketing Manager and other relevant departments, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and key issues.

Produce and oversee the development of marketing collateral, including graphics, infographics, and promotional videos.

Conduct A/B testing on creative assets to identify the most effective visuals and video formats for campaigns.

Strengthen digital advertising skills through continuous learning, applying advanced targeting, optimization techniques, and data-driven insights.

Track, analyze, and report on marketing data, campaign performance, and financial expenditures.

Undertake additional responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the team and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in event planning, PR, KOL management, media buying, or OOH campaign execution, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.

Strong understanding of public relations, media management, and influencer marketing.

Proven experience in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and event management software.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling PR and marketing content.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.

Passion for the gaming industry and familiarity with gaming culture is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
