What you'll be doing?
  • Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with business clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
  • Financial Advisory: Recommend financing options that align with clients' business goals, ensuring they manage cash flow and expand their operations.
  • Solution Planning: Collaborate with clients to devise financial solutions that meet their business objectives, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Risk Assessment: Utilize internal tools to review business information, identifying suitable financing options and potential risks before approval.
  • Continuous Communication: Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients to build long-term partnerships and expand our business portfolio.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields, or those with equivalent experience, are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a financial or government agency role, assisting SMEs with loans or funding, is preferred. However, candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Skills and Traits: Proficiency in building connections, analyzing finances, and closing sales is essential. Being proactive, energetic, honest, and having a good sense of business are key.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Chinese is required, as many clients are Mandarin-speaking.
