Job Description:

1) Warehouse Operations

  • Supervise receiving, stow away, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished products in accordance with FIFO/FEFO principles.

  • Ensure all inbound and outbound materials comply with product specifications, labeling, and traceability requirements.

  • Monitor warehouse temperature and humidity to ensure conditions meet product quality and food safety standards.

  • Maintain proper stock segregation between raw materials, allergen, chemicals, and finished goods.

  • Coordinate with Production, Planning and QA teams to ensure timely material flow and accurate stock reconcilation.

2) Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QAQC)

  • Inspect and verify all received and dispatched goods form compliance with food safety and QAQC specification.

  • Support QA team in managing quarantine areas, rejected materials, and disposition of non-conforming products.

  • Conduct regular housekeeping and hygiene inspections within warehouse and loading areas.

  • Ensure all warehouse operations comply with GMP, HACCP, and FSSC or equivalent) standards.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for product traceability, lot tracking, and deviation reports.

  • Participate in internal audits and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.

3) Safety & Equipment Handling

  • Safely operate and supervise the use of forklifts, electric lifters, and reach trucks.

  • Perform and enforce daily daily equipment inspection and maintenance checks.

  • Enforce warehouse safety practices including PPE use, traffic control, racking safety.

  • Lead regular safety briefings and training for warehouse staff.

4) People Management & Reporting

  • Supervise and schedule warehouse operators and material handlers.

  • Conduct on-the-job training in food handling, QAQC awareness, and safety equipment operation.

  • Evaluate staff performance and promote continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and quality control.

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on stock movement, temperature logs, damages. and QAQC findings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or any related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a food manufacturing warehouse, logistics, or related environment.

  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or FSSC 22000 standards and implementation within warehouse operations.

  • Understanding of quality control methodologies and food safety compliance requirements.

  • Basic knowledge of material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet lifter) and ERP/WMS inventory management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy in receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.

  • Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate warehouse staff effectively.

  • Preferably MALE candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
