Primary Purpose: This role reports to the Marketing Manager and supports the SEA team in driving marketing strategies and initiatives. A key focus is to implement programs and investments that are aligned with global vision while understanding the local business needs.

CRM:

  • Managing reports & dashboards that measure overall customer acquisition & retention:
    • Consumer Analytics (New Customer Report, Existing Customers Report)
    • Customer Pipeline Model
  • Develop CRM strategies and marketing campaigns to optimize new customer acquisition and sales growth.
  • Understanding the overall business performance & challenges on new customer acquisition and leveraging on CRM data to provide insights, recommendations and action plans.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to gather qualitative & on-ground feedback on the customer and translate these to actionable insights.
  •  Overall Database management
    • Memberson and Power BI - work with Retail Management to segment customers for communication blasts
    • Providing call lists for store teams re anniversary voucher, birthday, store events

Brand Marketing:

  • Support in day-to-day planning and execution of seasonal activations and sales promotions across retail and outlet stores.
  • Work closely with local cross-functional teams to concept, execute, and analyze sales promotions initiatives; optimize strategy to understand business needs and drive results
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with landlords and third-party partners to devise strategic tie-ups to drive local and tourist traffic to stores
  • Plan and manage compelling local in-store customer events that are in line with global brand strategy
  • Driving name capture and database growth across retail and outlet stores
  • Oversee collateral planning, such as GWPs, marketing instore signage, CRC etc

PR Support:

  • Ordering of samples according to Global and local key pushes for the season.
  • Manage all sample inventory in partnership with the PR agency to support all requests
  • Downloading assets and press releases from Global portal and disseminating to PR agencies

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in CRM in preferrable in Retail industries.
