We are partnering with a global leader in technology and business transformation to find a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst (SAP FICO) to join their dynamic team in Malaysia. As a Senior Business Analyst (SAP FICO), you will play a critical role in driving successful project outcomes and ensuring smooth alignment between business needs and IT solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality configurations, process improvements, and business support within the SAP FICO domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project deliverables, ensuring successful implementation of SAP FICO solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather, define, and refine functional requirements.
  • Configure and document system processes according to established standards.
  • Provide expertise in Fixed Assets, CapEx, and Contract Lease Management.
  • Develop functional specifications and support integration testing, data migration, and cut-over activities.
  • Identify and resolve configuration issues and ensure alignment with global systems.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to standardize and optimize finance-related processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on SAP experience, with strong focus on Finance and Controlling (FICO).
  • In-depth understanding of Finance Controlling, Project Costing, and Material Ledger processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Solution Manager (SolMan) ALM methodologies.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-changing environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for project needs.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceuticals or similar industry is an advantage.
