About the Role

We're looking for a skilled
Front-End Web Designer
to join our team and help deliver visually engaging, responsive, and user-friendly web experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, design precision, and collaboration — someone who enjoys transforming creative concepts into functional digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development & Delivery

  • Convert design files (Figma, Photoshop, XD) into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
  • Develop clean, reusable, and accessible front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Perform PHP slicing by converting static templates into dynamic pages within CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Kentico, Instapage).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to layout, browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with designers, account managers, and back-end teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in front-end development.

Quality Assurance

  • Create and execute test plans for new website features and updates.
  • Conduct usability, functional, and regression testing to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Address and resolve issues identified during internal reviews or client UAT.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance website performance and user experience.

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Provide guidance and coaching to the Junior Front-End Developer to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with DSS Account Managers to provide accurate time estimates and task scoping.
  • Share best practices and contribute to improving internal workflows and standards.

Client Support & Maintenance

  • Manage support requests and maintenance updates for existing client websites.
  • Partner with the Support Specialist to scope, estimate, and deliver updates efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and tickets within established quality benchmarks.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in front-end web development and responsive design.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
  • Basic PHP knowledge for template integration and CMS customization.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of accessibility, SEO principles, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
