Salary: RM1.800 – RM2,300 (depending on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Officer to manage warranty claims, documentation, and submissions in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards. This role works closely with the Service Department to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant warranty processing.

Candidates with experience in automotive service administration, warranty handling, or technical documentation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines
• Review job sheets, repair orders, and technician reports for warranty eligibility
• Ensure all warranty documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Foreman, and Technicians on warranty-related matters
• Track warranty claim status, approvals, rejections, and resubmissions
• Handle warranty parts return, tagging, and records
• Maintain proper filing and digital records for audit purposes
• Assist during manufacturer audits and internal reviews
• Prepare warranty reports and summaries as required by Management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in automotive warranty, service admin, or after-sales operations is an advantage
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and service workflow
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Computer literate (DMS, Excel, email)
• Able to work independently and communicate well with workshop teams
• Fresh graduates with relevant automotive background may apply (training provided)

Working Schedule
